1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances: The book arrives damaged. You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. We do not offer refunds or returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, as the book’s content is freely accessible online to read and listen, and purchases are considered a voluntary contribution to this grace-based initiative.

2. Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged copy, please follow these steps:

Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage. Return the damaged book to us at your own shipping cost. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will process: A replacement copy, or In rare cases, a refund, which will be issued via Razorpay within 5–7 business days (as per Razorpay’s processing timelines).

3. No Return or Exchange Policy

Please note that all sales are final unless the book is damaged on arrival. We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for other reasons due to our limited resources and our focus on service.
