Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your interest in A Modern Seeker’s Mahashivpuran. As a small team offering this book as a sewa (service), we strive to deliver orders promptly and transparently. Please review the details below to understand how your orders will be processed and when exchanges are possible.

1.Domestic Shipping ( India)

Courier Services:
- All orders within India are shipped via India Post Speed Post or Registered Post.
Pricing:
- The price for Volume 1 – Awaken to Shiva is ₹599, which includes shipping within India.It is also subjected to change and may vary in the future. Prices for future volumes may vary based on production costs and market conditions.
Delivery Timelines: Delivery estimates from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- Metros: 4–6 working days
- Mini Metros: 6–8 working days
- Remote Areas: 8–11 working days
Important Notes:
- Timelines are approximate and may vary due to holidays, weather, or local postal delays.
- Orders are shipped in simple protective envelopes to keep costs low.
- A valid, complete delivery address is required; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or unverified pincodes.

2. International Shipping

International orders for paperback and Kindle editions are only fulfilled through Amazon’s global platform.
International shipping fees, delivery times, and applicable taxes are determined by Amazon and vary by country.
The ₹599 price applies only to orders fulfilled within India via our website.
To order internationally, please visit your country’s Amazon website.

4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeline, you must report the issue within 30 days of the order date.

We will do our best to investigate with India Post.Please note:
- Compensation is not guaranteed, as orders are sent without insurance.
- If desired, you may also file a complaint directly via the India Post portal.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available if the book arrives damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- Return the damaged item at your own shipping cost.
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement copy.

If replacement is not feasible, a refund may be processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, subject to bank reconciliation.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel, email or call us within the 24-hour window.
After 24 hours, no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted except for damaged items.
This policy allows us to operate sustainably and remain focused on our mission.

7. Note on Sewa and Resource Limitations

This book is shared as part of a grace-based initiative. While we are committed to fulfilling your orders, our capacity to resolve complex shipping issues is limited. Full access to all chapters (read or listen) remains free online, and your purchases help support this sewa.
